A detailed contextual study of the a town centre site and surrounding public realm. The proposed development comprises three office buildings and a hotel, which wrap around an existing green space to form a modern courtyard. With the site being within a conservation area and populated with several mature trees, particular care was taken to establish landscape proposals and provide guidance to mitigate the impact of the development on site and the surrounding townscape.
