As part of the wider Clay Farm masterplan, plots 19 and 20 will provide 128 residential dwellings. A central green creates a focal space for the new residential community, with other community greens and gardens creating a setting for the homes which is safe, attractive and stimulating. These spaces provide opportunities for community interaction, solitary relaxation, informal recreation and children’s play. They also promote on-site food production by incorporating fruit trees and space for residents to grow herbs and vegetables.
