This luxury hotel spa is situated in Samarrah, on the North-East coast of the Dead Sea. The proposals put forward a new hotel concept which would create a unique destination for both domestic and international tourists. The landscape masterplan utilised the levels of the site to create terraced gardens interspersed with pools of water cascading down towards the Dead Sea. Roof top gardens and external dining areas create views over the surrounding coast line.
