PLACE was appointed to the Business Park to give advice on the reshaping of the landscape infrastructure to provide additional development areas. This was successfully achieved and we were asked to consider additional areas of maturing infrastructure. We reviewed some critical areas such as the main access road, and amenity building landscape and suggested a revised approach which the client has implemented. PLACE has now been appointed to audit the entire park and to provide revised masterplan proposals.
