Camden Goods Yard, North London

PLACE have been commissioned by St George North London Ltd to provide the technical landscape design for the regeneration of Camden Goods Yard in North London.  This is a residential mixed-use scheme comprising 573 new homes across a mix of eight buildings. These will include  commercial and retail spaces including a new Morrisons supermarket, a café, restaurant and a convenience store.   The landscape includes integrated play, an urban farm on the roof, alfrescoe style outdoor seating, woodland style planting, street play, play area, outdoors gym, community growing gardens and cycle hire stands.  Construction began in 2021.
